Adrianna Desier Durantt is a multi-disciplinary arts producer and strategist focusing on brand identity and business development for impact-driven organizations and projects in the creative sector.
Currently, Adrianna serves as the producing executive director of PARA.MAR Dance Theatre where she drives business strategy, creative development, strategic partnerships, community relations, brand and identity strategy, fundraising communication, artistic programming and producing.
She was recently part of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s producing team, where she led and/or managed several strategic programming initiatives – including, but not limited to, the commissioning and licensing of works by MacArthur Genius recipient Kyle Abraham, Crystal Pite, Ohad Naharin, Azure Barton, Osnel Delgado, and Rena Butler with presentations at the Harris Theater, the Auditorium, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Prior to P/M and HSDC, Adrianna worked on brand and communication strategy for several Chicago-based projects and companies – including 2nd Story; CURE Epilepsy; BPI Chicago; Northwestern Theater Department’s MFA Program; among others. She also helped manage and support the executive team of Steppenwolf Theatre Company through transitional leadership and the development of their capital campaign for the extension of their campus.
Before moving to Chicago, Adrianna produced fashion shows and campaigns for NYFW, consulted for Teen Vogue, Vicks, West Elm, Nike, and Pepsi on experiential campaigns, and helped develop the winning stage design strategy for music artist DRAKE’s International tour.
She holds certificates in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from both Stanford Graduate School of Business and NYU Stern, where she was a founding member of their Innovation Lab.
She studied stage design at NYU Tisch’s Design for Stage and Film MFA Program and received her BFA in Theatrical Production from Ithaca College. She is from Brooklyn, NY and is raising three young boys in Chicago with her designer husband.

Andrew is a multi-disciplinary, award winning designer working on a variety on project ranging from theater, opera, and live events, to film and commercial spaces. Andrew has designed on Broadway, Off–Broadway, in London, Chicago, and cities across the United States.
Andrew has NYC credits with: Lincoln Center Theater, Roundabout Theater Company, Atlantic Theater Company, Primary Stages, New York Theater Workshop, The Vineyard Theater, and Juilliard, among others. Andrew has Chicago credits with: Steppenwolf Theater, Goodman Theater, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Court Theater, Victory Gardens Theater, Writers Theater, Drury Lane Theater, Chicago Lyric Opera, Definition Theater, Northlight Theater, & ParaMar Dance Company. Andrew has designed at most major regional theaters across the U.S.
Andrew has opera and dance credits with: Opera Theater of St. Louis, Kentucky Opera, Philadelphia Orchestra, Boston Lyric Opera, Des Moines Metro Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago – Harris Theater for Music & Dance, and Curtis Opera, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Ballet Idaho, Ballet Des Moines, and PARA.MAR Dance Theatre.

Andrew received his B.A. from Middlebury College with a degree in architecture, and his M.F.A. from Yale School of Drama. He has participated in the Lincoln Center Directors Lab, USITT, is a member of USA Local829 and the Wingspace Design Collective. From 2011-15, he taught in the Design Department at the Yale School of Drama and during the 2014-15 academic year, he taught at Ithaca College. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University.
